Come to write and stay accountable, or bring a book and enjoy a proper conversation about reading.
A relaxed monthly meeting for writing, encouragement, sharing ideas and keeping your work moving.
There’s no pressure to read aloud or present polished work. Bring something to write with and use the session to make progress alongside other writers.
Ask about the Writers’ GroupBring whatever you’re reading. There’s no selected title, no homework and no requirement to finish a book before the meeting.
Fiction, non-fiction, essays, poetry, enormous classics, niche curiosities, Haynes manuals and train timetables are all fair game.
Ask about Bring Your Own BookYou don’t need to be published, polished or particularly confident. The groups are intended to be welcoming places where writers and readers can meet without having to perform.
